Don’t let the 1976 age scare you; we rehabbed this little beauty and added exterior insulation and made this an incredible home. We did the landscaping in the winter, so we felt we could do the grass at a later date. This is way better than a condo and this park feels like the countryside, despite being in the heart of Langford at the bottom of Bear Mountain.
