Design & Pre-construction Services: All aspects of pre-construction, including feasibility, site selection, permitting, design, engineering, and estimates to build.

Project Planning and Management: Integrate professionals and all vested parties, submissions, and project management.

Construction Planning and Oversight: Tailored to site and owner requirements, inclusive of agreed-to measures of reporting and communication including contractor and trades management, Healthy and Safety Executed (HSE) management, and project costing & scheduling.

• Site Development and Construction: Manage site-related processes including demolition, site clearing, earthworks, excavation, structural / electrical / mechanical, utility connection, foundations, plumbing, grading/paving, and more.

• Risk Management: All offsite and onsite personnel management, from planning to execution and completion.

• Logistical Management: Coordinate and oversee full installation: transport, staging, craning, setting and securing of units.

Additional Services: 

• Mobile home demolition: Not all units can be salvaged, some units are ready for the landfill.  Here is a video on YouTube talking about how to inspect a Mobile Home. This could be for a variety of reasons: dry or wet rot, rusted frames, dangerous electrical installations (for example; aluminum wiring or shotty workmanship), mold, outdated structural standards, etc. We can organize getting a hazardous inspection report completed, abatement performed (if necessary), and demolishing the unit either in place or at our own industrial yard. This is usually done with an excavator and may need a demolition permit completed with the municipality.

• Mobile Home / Manufactured home park (MHP) decommissioning: This is a complicated process which usually involves delicate management due to people being evicted. Advanced planning is necessary to give out notices and to negotiate termination contracts with the current tenants in the park. There are a variety of complex negotiations that need to take place during this process as well, which include, but are not limited to: a valuation needs to be placed on each home inside of the park, whether a home can be moved or if it needs to be demolished in place, utility disconnects, septic tank decommissioning, hazardous inspections and reporting, professionally completed abatements, relocating salvageable mobile homes, site clean ups, etc. Optics are everything during this process, so making sure a good rapport is taking place is paramount.
