This unit has been well maintained and comes with appliances and a heat pump; great for a shop, storage, or 1-2 people living in it.

The kitchen is fresh and shows well; the vaulted ceiling entrance is nice as well.

The roof was recently replaced. This unit just needs a spot to keep it going.
